After being introduced to CrossFit in 2013 I lost 130lbs and completely changed my life. When I saw what it could do in my life I decided to become a coach so I could help make lasting change in someone else’s.
Growing up I absolutely hated exercising and would avoid it at all cost. After being introduced to CrossFit, I saw how much fun fitness can be when you get to workout with your friends in an environment that encourages you to be better every day. Since then, my life had changed and I never looked back.
My purpose as a coach is to spread the positive impact fitness has to as many people as I can in all aspects of their life.
