On Ramp Program
New to CrossFit? We have just the program for you!
Each new member begins with five On Ramp (Fundamental) classes, which will introduce and familiarize you with the fundamental movements of CrossFit. You will meet in a one-on-one training session with one of our experienced coaches. Unlike our group sessions, the five sessions can be scheduled around times that are convenient for you and fit into your schedule. At the conclusion of the five introductory sessions, you will then have two weeks of unlimited membership to attend as many of our regularly scheduled group classes as you would like.
